2001 Hazardous Waste Report Instructions and Forms
By US Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response. Under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and its amendments, sites that generate large quantities of RCRA hazardous waste and sites that treat, store, or dispose of such waste, are required to file a Hazardous Waste Report every two years.
