BTS Core DataBook
By Department of Energy's Office of Building Technology, State and Community Programs (BTS). Data related to energy use in commercial and residential buildings. Topics include: energy consumption and expenditures; end-use splits; geographic region and vintage; construction statistics; and, estimated carbon emissions. Tables are fully indexed, and can be viewed as HTML or PDF formats or downloaded as a spreadsheet (tab-delimited) file. The entire DataBook can be downloaded as a PDF file (registration required).

The expert system feature allows users to calculate how much they will save by making their homes more energy efficient.
